Order Status Guide
Here’s what each order status means:
- Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment. This typically takes 1–2 business days.

- Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the shipping address.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. If you were charged, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
