Signing in is the fastest way to track your orders, manage saved addresses, and pick up where you left off shopping. Your account also keeps your wishlist of HP printers and document scanners synced across devices, so the products you’re considering are always one click away. Sign-in is optional — guest checkout is fully supported — but a free account makes repeat orders and warranty support significantly easier.

Track every order in one place

Once you’re signed in, your account dashboard shows the status of every order you’ve placed, including tracking numbers, shipping addresses, and full receipts. You can also use the public order tracking page with just an email and order number if you prefer not to sign in.

Save your wishlist across devices

Comparing several printers or scanners? Save them to your wishlist while you’re signed in and your selections will be there the next time you log in from any device. Without an account, the wishlist is stored locally in the browser you’re using.
