For claims under $10,000, the arbitration will be conducted based on written submissions unless either party requests an in-person hearing. For claims of $10,000 or more, either party may request a hearing. The filing fees and costs of arbitration shall be borne as provided by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

30-Day Right to Opt Out of Arbitration

Any dispute not resolved through arbitration shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Shipping and Delivery

Ink and Scanners LLC ships exclusively within the United States to all 50 states and Washington D.C. Free shipping is available on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day.

We ship via reputable national carriers depending on location and package size. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

During peak seasons or carrier delays, shipping times may be extended. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
