To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before processing your opt-out request. We may match the information you provide against our records (such as a recent order history) or send a verification email to confirm your request. If we cannot verify your identity, we will notify you and explain why.

We will not require you to create an account in order to submit a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under applicable privacy laws.

Ink and Scanners LLC honors browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we automatically treat it as a valid opt-out request from the sale or sharing of your personal information. You do not need to take any additional action.

To enable GPC, install a browser extension that supports the GPC standard, or use a browser (such as Brave, Firefox with the right add-on, or DuckDuckGo) that has GPC built in.

In addition to the right to opt out, you may also have the following rights under applicable state law:
