Once you’re ready to place your order, we’ll guide you through four short steps — contact information, shipping address, payment, and a final review — and you’ll see the full order total (including tax and free shipping) before you confirm. There are no hidden fees, no surprise upsells, and no account required to complete a purchase.
Free shipping on every order
Standard shipping is always free to all 50 US states with no minimum order. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Houston, TX warehouse and arrive within 3–7 business days. Tracking information is emailed automatically as soon as your package leaves our facility — see shipping information for the full schedule.
Secure payment processing
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as cash on delivery. Card payments are encrypted in transit using TLS and processed by a PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never store your full card number on our servers, and you’ll see a clear receipt by email immediately after the order is placed.
30-day hassle-free returns
If a product doesn’t fit your needs, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free, the unit must be in original condition with all accessories, and refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
